Wallenpaupack Lake Estates:
The community of Wallenpaupack Lake Estates is one of the largest communities around Lake Wallenpaupack. It consists of 1,800 properties with 1,350 home. It is located in Wayne County, Paupack Township. The community has wonderful amenities: central water & sewer, one indoor & two outdoor pools, two additional lakes, a clubhouse, boat slips, tennis courts, two beaches, volleyball & basketball. While there are not any true lakefront wallenpaupack homes, there are 2nd tier homes with access to the public beach and docks. Wallenpaupack Lake Estates also has lakefront homes on their smaller private lakes. WLE also is close to Lacawac Sanctuary and has a campground located within the community. WLE is located in Wallenpaupack Area School District.

Indian Rocks is located in Salem Township, Wayne County, just over the Ledgedale Bridge. The planned community consists of 1,383 Lots, 464 Homes (120 full-time residents). There are no true lakefront homes (2nd tier homes only) however, there is more than a ½ mile of lake frontage on Lake Wallenpaupack that belongs to the community and includes a private 3 acre peninsula on Lake Wallenpaupack with picnic grounds and sandy beach.
The community also has a heated pool, tennis, and a central water system, 230 boat slips for its members, a small private lake within the community, playground for children, “earth tone” colored homes, log homes, wood sided homes, rolling hills with a combination of hardwoods and pine trees. Indian Rocks is located in the Western Wayne School District.
